This change includes:

• The 4 Tiers of TCCC training reflect those directed by DOD Instruction 1322.24.
• Each Tier/Level of TCCC training represents the minimum standard of training for that level of responder. Training to higher level skills can be done based on unit and mission needs.
• The TCCC for All Service Members (Tier 1) level is a new category of responder mandated by DODI 1322.24. This level of TCCC skills is customized for a military individual who is not anticipated to be serving in deployed combat settings. The skills in this list were established by a recent vote of the CoTCCC and have not been changed in this comprehensive list.
• The skills in the ARC column reflect the Advanced Resuscitative Care in TCCC change that was recently approved by the CoTCCC. Please note that items marked with an asterisk are optional tasks that would be trained only to specified members of advanced provider teams that are designated, trained, and equipped by their commands to provide TCCC Advanced Resuscitative Care.
