{"id":7996,"date":"2019-01-19T21:44:11","date_gmt":"2019-01-19T21:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trema-europe.de\/?p=7996"},"modified":"2019-01-19T21:44:11","modified_gmt":"2019-01-19T21:44:11","slug":"complications-of-the-abdominal-aortic-and-junctional-tourniquet-what-the-research-says","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trema-europe.de\/index.php\/2019\/01\/19\/complications-of-the-abdominal-aortic-and-junctional-tourniquet-what-the-research-says\/","title":{"rendered":"Complications of the Abdominal Aortic and Junctional Tourniquet: What the research says"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8222;Anbei eine kleine \u00dcbersicht zu den Komplikationen von der Anwendung von abdominal Tourniquets.<\/p>\n<p>Die Anlage des Abdominal Tourniquet wird zu recht immer wieder kritisch gesehen und ist derzeit Bestandteil von einigen Studien.<\/p>\n<p>Aktuelle schwedische und Untersuchungen zeigen wohl eine geringe Komplikationsrate bei der Anwendung von bis zu 60 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trema-europe.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/img_0704.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7998\" width=\"642\" height=\"420\"><\/p>\n<p>Dennoch wird klar die Indikation zur Anlage des Abdominal Tourniquet nur in extremis, wenn andere M\u00f6glichkeiten der Blutstillung nicht greifen, gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das wissenschaftliche Interesse ist geweckt und es werden noch weitere Studien geplant und durchgef\u00fchrt, um eine m\u00f6gliche Empfehlung aussprechen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Vergleich mit der Anwendung von REBOA wurde beschrieben, welches gleichfalls eine Ma\u00dfnahme in extremis ist und nicht leichtfertig angewendet werden darf.
